These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website ecuconstruye.com, owned by Ecuconstruye S.A., RUC 1793241850001.
2. Nature of the program
The program is strictly private. Ecuconstruye S.A. is a private company registered in Ecuador. The program is not governmental and has no state subsidy or guarantee. Participation involves risk, including the possible partial or total loss of the contributed capital.
3. Participant requirements
The program is aimed at natural persons resident in Ecuador, older than 40 and younger than 66 years at the time of the enquiry. Each request is assessed individually and does not generate an automatic right of participation.
4. Information provided
Users undertake to provide truthful, complete and updated information. Ecuconstruye S.A. may verify the information received and reserves the right to reject enquiries with inaccurate data.
5. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are the property of Ecuconstruye S.A. or are used with authorization. Total or partial reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Ecuconstruye S.A. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site. Program distributions are subject to the progress and conditions of each project. Past results do not guarantee future results.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent judges of the Metropolitan District of Quito, with waiver of any other jurisdiction.
