Ecuconstruye S.A. (hereinafter, "Ecuconstruye", "we") respects your privacy and protects your personal data in accordance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection of Ecuador (LOPDP, Official Registry Supplement 459 of May 26, 2021) and its Regulations.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide through the consultation form: full name and email address. Additionally, we record technical browser data (IP address, device type, pages visited) when you grant consent for analytics cookies.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (a) respond to your enquiry about the housing participation program; (b) send you information about available projects in your region; (c) comply with legal and regulatory obligations; (d) improve our website with aggregated analytics data.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out based on your explicit consent (Art. 7 LOPDP) and, where applicable, on the fulfillment of legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the company.
5. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last contact or until you exercise your right of deletion, whichever occurs first. Accounting and legal records are kept for the periods required by Ecuadorian regulations.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We share information, only when necessary, with technology providers for email delivery, hosting and analytics, who act as processors under contract and with equivalent security measures.
7. Your rights
Under the LOPDP, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability, cancellation and complaint. To do so, write to privacidad@ecuconstruye.com with a copy of your ID. You may also lodge a complaint with the Superintendency for Personal Data Protection of Ecuador.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration: TLS encryption, access control, backups and periodic staff training.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will publish any changes on this page indicating the date of the latest update.
